4.5. Delete Entry
Existing phone book entries can be deleted at any time.
(a) Via the front panel:
• Select the SETUP option in the Start mask (see Figure 4). The Setup mask appears.
• Select DELETE PHONE BOOK ENTRY and press . A list appears with all the phone
book entries.
• Select the entry to be deleted with the and keys;
• Press ; after a security request the entry will be deleted;
(b) Via the remote control software:
• Click on the “Phone book” button or press the “P” key. The “Phone book” dialog window
opens (see Figure 19).
• Click on the entry to be deleted. This is marked with an inverse display.
• Click on ”DEL” to delete or press the ”Delete” key on the keyboard. The marked entry
will be deleted from the screen display.
• Repeat both the above steps for each entry to be deleted.
If you click on ”Cancel”, the deletion is not carried out and the entry appears / the
entries appear again when the phone book is opened up again.
• To confirm the deletion and really execute it, click on ”OK”.
The entry / entries are now deleted from the phone book.
