Your E xpl orer options are:
• Menu speed–Drag the slider left to make menus appear faster, or r ight to
make them appear more slowly.
• Settings–Select the check boxes for these self-explanatory settings.
• Shortcuts–Sele ctashortcutindicat ortousetovisuallydi stinguishsho rt cut
icons from regular file icons . The shortcut indicator is part of all shortcut
icon s on your deskt op. The de fault shor tc u t indicator is a small curved
arrow inside an outl ined white box .
You c an alsoclick the Folder button to select any icon to useas the custom
shortcut icon.After you selectan ico n, EZ Setup displays it in the Explorer
tab as the currently sp ecified Shortcut Icon.

TIP: You can modify any shortcut icon supplied with EZ Setup
usingDiscovertoextracttheicontoafile.ClicktheSoftwaretab,the
Advanced button, a nd the App Res ources icon. Th e n s e le ct EZ
Set u p in the Mo dules list, select the icon in the Resources list at the
lower left, and click the Extract Resources to File button.
• History–Select the Clear at Logon check boxes for the history information
you want Windows to clear when it starts.H istory information includes
the run history of programs m ost recently run, the h istory of documents
mostrecentlyopened,thelastfindfiless ettings,andthelast findcompu ter
settings. You canalsoclick ClearNow to instantlyclear the corresponding
historyinformation.
