McAfee UnInstaller
When you first open the Reports dialog box, you see summary information
from the Master Log i n all pages. To see information about a specific action,
click Open. Then choose the action from the list that appears, and click OK.
The information t hat appears depen ds on w hether you are viewing M aster
Log totals, or have chosen a specific action report.
Actionreportlogsdisplay acompletelis toffilesthatwe re deletedormodified
by each individual action. These reports can be useful in tracking down old
versions of files that wer e deleted but backed up, or were ar chived.
• Report Sum mary tab
Thispage shows numeric data about thetotal number of files affected,the
total size of files moved, compressed, or deleted , the disk-space savings,
and so on. The pie chart on the right shows the percent of disk space
regain ed by the s elected action if you are viewing a specific action report,
or by all UnInstaller actions, if you are viewing Master Log information.
• Report Log tab
Th is page lists all c hanges m ade by the individual wizards or in the
PowerClean feature if y ou are viewing a specific action report.
Ifyou areviewingMasterLog information,you seealistofavailableaction
reports. Click O pen to chose an acti on report to v iew.
• Disk Analysis and File Analysis tabs
Th e Disk Analysis pagedisplay sthepercentof total diskspaceregaine d by
deleting, moving, or archiving files in e ach file c ate gory. The File Ana lysis
displays the total number of files in each categ ory.
If you only wa nt to s ee what UnInstaller has do ne , you c an review the list of
actions displayed in the R eports window. However, if yo u want to keep a
record of UnInstaller actions for later reference, you can print the report
information or sav e it as a file.
