Rearranging gauges in the WinGauge window
You can drag gauges around in the gauge areato move them to a new location
in th e WinGauge window. You might do this to place rela ted gauges in
adjacent p ositions. The tit le bar must be visible in orde r to rearrange gauges.
To rearrange the gauges within the WinGauge window:
1. Poin t to a gauge and c lick the Le ft mouse b ut ton
2. “Pick-up” a gauge and drag it to reposition it within the WinGauge
window.
Changing WinGauge properties
WinGauge allows you to customize the properties o f gauges. You can select
properties to:
• modify the appearance of a selected g auge;
• set the threshold level of your gauges;
• change the global dim e nsions, fonts, and Bubble Help options;
• apply a background pattern to your g au ge wind ow;
• manage the alarm notification system for y our gauges.
Properties: Appearance tab
The Appearance tab contains options which allow you to individually
customize each gauge.
Type
You can select a gauge type from the drop-down list box. The gauge preview
shows what the currently selected gauge type looks like.
Refresh Duration
The Ref resh Duration d efine s the frequency which WinG a u ge c hecks the
systemtoupdateinformation. Youc ansettherefreshdurationforeachgauge.
Toin creaseordecreasethe Refresh Duration,dragtheslidertotheleftor right.
Threshold style
You can highlight the threshold limits on each g auge by marking the
thresholds as a Line or Color.
