EC Declaration of Conformity

Husqvarna AB claims sole responsibility for the rotary mower with fixed blades model(s): McCulloch M40-125, M46-125,
M46-140WR, M46-125WR, M46-125R, M51-140WR, M51-140WRP, M51-150WRPX, M51-140R, M53-150WRP from
2016 serial numbers and onwards. The model number is clearly stated in plain text on the type plate along with the year
with subsequent serial numbers.
The object of the declaration described above is in conformity with the requirements of the Council’s Directives:
• 2006/42/EC ”relating to machinery” 17 May 2006.
• 2014/30/EU ”relating to electromagnetic compatibility” February 26, 2014
• 2000/14/EG ”relating to the noise emissions in the environment” of May 8 2000
• 2005/88/EC ”amending Directive 2000/14/EC” 14 December 2005
The declared sound values are stated in the technical data sheet of the operator’s manual.
