APPENDIX A:
TRAINING THE DRIVE
Perform this procedure if you are experiencing any
pointing accuracy problems. Fig. 24 depicts the
complete Drive Training procedure.
NOTE: Use a far away terrestrial object, such as a
telephone pole or lamp post, to train the drive. A high
power reticle (cross hair) eyepiece is recommended.
Complete this exercise once every 3 to 6 months, or
when the AudioStar handbox has been reset to the
factory defaults.
