No, you cannot download from iTunes to the MP3 directly, sorry we didn’t mention it

6. It won’t play my music and keeps shutting off
Solutions:

mentioned? What formats are they?
7. One of cable was missing
Solutions:
We apologize for that. It shouldn’t happen since we examined all the accessories
before we shipped out the product. However, since it happened, we’d like to make a
partial refund for the missing cable, but before that, please kindly let me know which
cable is missing.
8. Can not plug ear buds into opening. Will only play 1/2 of MP3s, will not connect
with Bluetooth.
Solutions:
1 Please kindly take a picture and send it to [e-mail], we will
check what’s wrong.
2 Please check if the music files you saved are in formats below: MP3, AAC, APE,
FLAC, WMA, WAV. The other formats music cannot be played.
3 Please let me know did you connect the MP3 with Bluetooth earbuds, Bluetooth
speaker or Bluetooth headphone. Attention: it cannot connect with smart phones by
Bluetooth.
