CAUTION! DATA LOSS!
When formatting the internal memory or the
memory card, all stored data is irretrievably lost.
During formatting, do not switch off the
camcorder and do not remove the memory card!
The internal memory or the memory card could
otherwise be damaged so that the camcorder
cannot be switched on again!
We strongly recommend that you take a backup
of your data before formatting the memory.
Setting date and time
Press the arrow button  to call up the data and time settings.
Using the arrow buttons
 and , select a field, then press
the arrow buttons
 and  to change the value.
The date and time are displayed as follows:
year (YY) – month (MM) – day (DD)
hours (HH) – minutes (MM) – seconds (SS)
 To save the new settings, press the record button.
