4. System requirements

Basic requirements for DLNA services or Internet radio:

− Broadband Internet connection (for example, DSL)

− WLAN router or router with a wired connection

Playback from the PC music archive:

− Windows Vista® SP1 (preinstalled as of Windows Media Player 11)

− Windows 8/Microsoft® Windows® 7 (UPnP enabled)

Convenient control of the Internet radio by smartphone/tablet PC:

− Smartphone/tablet with WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n

− Android™ 4 platform or higher

− iOS 5.0 or higher

− Free MEDION® Lifestream II app installed (see also “22. Control using the

Lifestream II application” on page 91)
