16.5. Music player mode
Shared Media
Confirm the entry to search directly for audio files on the network.
Once a media server has been found, a selection menu appears on the display that
allows you to select items that can be streamed from the media server. The selec-
tion menu may look like this:

Pictures >
Video >
Music >
<Search>
Playlist
Confirm the entry to search for playlists on the network.
Repeat
Set this function to on to repeat the current folder.
Shuffle
Set this function to on to play the tracks of the current folder/playlist in random or-
der.
Clear my playlist
Confirm this entry to delete the entries in the playlist.
Prune servers
Select this setting and confirm the subsequent prompt Inactive Stations? with yes,
if inactive media servers are to be displayed. You can then select a media server and
“wake it up” (WOL; “wake on LAN” function) in order to play back media content.
NOTE!
A folder must contain no more than 500 tracks in order to ensure that
random playback works properly.
