4.1 Installing the VitaDock
®
(app) software
MEDISANA is setting new standards in mobile health
with VitaDock.
VitaDock
app, the central software application for
displaying and evaluating the body’s vital signs and
health values, includes software for:
- the blood blood glucose measuring module
GlucoDock
®
- the infrared thermometer module ThermoDock
®
- the blood pressure and pulse measuring module
CardioDock
®
- the body analysis scales TargetScale
®
The ThermoDock, CardioDock and TargetScale software
is only fully functioning if the relevant modules or scales
are used.
To operate your new GlucoDock blood glucose
measuring module for iPod touch, iPhone and iPad, you
have to install the free VitaDock app.
You can download it from Apple’s app store and then
install it.
To download the software, you need an Apple ID with
an e-mail address and password, as well as an active
Internet connection. Downloading the software may be
subject to charges from your telephone provider.
• To find the VitaDock (app) in the App Store, enter the
search term “VitaDock“.
• Once the software has been successfully installed, the
new “VitaDock“ icon appears on your device.
