Personal Pump Communicator (PPC)

History
Historical Pump data, such as insulin medication remaining, amount of
bolus and basal delivery since the last refill, etc., can be accessed and read
on the PPC.
1. From the Time/Date screen press SEL
until the “HISTORY” screen is dis-
played. Press ACT and the “READ
PUMP DATA” screen will appear flash-
ing.
Press ACT again.
2. Place the PPC near the Pump and com-
plete the communication process. The
PPC will acquire data from the Pump.
3. The screen will change to “MED
REMAINING”, indicating the estimated
amount of insulin medication remaining
in the Pump. Record this number if
required.
4. Press SEL and the screen will read
“INSULIN TOTAL.” Delivered amounts
of basal and bolus insulin medication are
displayed for the date flashing on the
screen. Use the ▲
▲▲
▲ and ▼
▼▼
▼ buttons to
review other daily totals.
5. Press SEL and the screen will change to
“CLINICAL HISTORY PPC”. Use the

▲▲
▲ and ▼
▼▼
▼ buttons to review other PPC
events.
