user’sauthoritytooperatethemonitor
Thistransmitterisauthorizedbyruleunderthe
MedicalDeviceRadiocommunicationService(in
part95oftheFCCRules)andmaynotinterfere
withstationsoperatinginthe400.15‐406mhzband
inthemeteorologicalaids,meteorologicalsatellite,
andearthexplorationsatelliteservices(i.e.
transmitterandreceiversusedtocommunicate
weatherdata)andmustacceptanyinterference
received,includinginterferencethatmaycause
undesiredoperation.Thistransmittershallbeused
onlyinaccordancewithFCCRulesgoverningthe
MedicalDeviceRadiocommunicationService.
Analoganddigitalvoicecommunicationsare
prohibited.Althoughthistransmitterhasbeen
approvedbytheFederalCommunication
Commissionthereisnoguaranteethatitwillnot
receiveinterferenceorthatanyparticular
transmissionfromthistransmitterwillbefreefrom
interference.
