Uploading Your Device with Bayer CONTOUR® NEXT LINK Meter
STEP 1:
Go to www.medtronicdiabetes.com/carelink
Enter your user name and password.
Click on Sign In.
STEP 2:
Click on Upload Data from My Device. This
screen will display your last ve uploads.
STEP 3:
Choose device.
Please choose your device:
MiniMed Paradigm
®
Insulin Pump
Guardian
®
REAL-Time Continuous Glucose Monitor
Blood Glucose Meter
NOTE If you forget your password, click
on Forgot your password?
You will need to enter your Username
and the e-mail address from your
CareLink prole. A temporary password
will be sent to your e-mail address. You
will then enter a new password into
your account.
