The mHand H3-B has different LEDs to indicate the reader status.

6 Blue and white LED
(LED3)
Blue LED On means the BT is connected;
White LED On means the BT is turn on and ready to
use
7 Blue LED (LED 2)
The read button is pressed in operation
8 Blue LED (LED 1)
9 Orange LED Low battery indicator
10 Red and Blue LED Battery charging; Blue is full charged
11 White LED (Power On) Bluetooth is ready but not connected
12 Blue LED (BT ON) Bluetooth is connected
