Disassembling/Cleaning:
- Check that the voltage of the unit corresponds with the outlets in your home
- Wash all parts with warm soapy water (EXCEPT the body)
- Before you plug this item in, make sure the switch is in the “stop” position

- If this is unsuccessful, switch the meat grinder off, unplug the meat grinder, and clean it
- Attach the sausage attachment as shown (fig. 11)

unit
- Close supervision is mandatory when this
appliance is being used near children
- Children should NEVER operate this unit- Children should NEVER operate this unit
- When carrying the unit, be sure to hold the body
with both hands., do not carry the unit by just the
hopper plate or head
- Do not fix the cutting blade and cutting plate
when using the Kibbe attachment
- NEVER push meat through the grinder with your - NEVER push meat through the grinder with your
hands, ALWAYS use the food pushing device
- Do not grind hard foods such as bones, nuts, etc.
- Do not grind materials with hard fibers such as
ginger
- Do not run your meat grinder over 10 minutes at a
time, with a 10 minute cool off time in
between, to prevent the motor from overheatingbetween, to prevent the motor from overheating
- Make sure to turn the unit from "on" to "reverse" or
from "reverse" to "on". You must wait at least 30
seconds for the blades to stop turning or severe
motor damage may occur

4. To remove the cutting plate, place a screwdriver between the
cutting plate and the head, and lift up (fig.12)

soapy water.
- A bleaching solution that contains chlorine will discolor all alumi-
