Format of the RACAL standard Time String
The RACAL standard Time String is a sequence of 16 ASCII characters terminated
by a X (58h) character and ending with the CR (Carriage Return, ASCII Code 0Dh)
character. The format is:
<X><G><U>yymmddhhmmss<CR>
The letters printed in italics are replaced by ASCII numbers whereas the other
characters are part of the time string. The groups of characters as defined below:
<X> Control character code 58h
sending with one bit accuracy at change of second
<G> Control character code 47h
<U> Control character code 55h
yymmdd the current date:
yy year of the century (00..99)
mm month (01..12)
dd day of month (01..31)
hh:mm:ss the current time:
hh hours (00..23)
mm minutes (00..59)
ss seconds (00..59, or 60 while leap second)
<CR> Carriage Return, ASCII code 0Dh
