9.4 Intercom
9.4.1 Make an internal call
You can make internal calls between the base and cordless handset, or if you
have more than one handset registered to the base, you can make internal calls
between two handsets.
1. Press I on the cordless handset.
If you have only one cordless handset, the base is called automatically,

If more than one cordless handset is registered to the base, the handset
number (e.g.
Handset 1

Handset 2)

is displayed.
2. Scroll D to select

or the handset to be called and press the left O key.
9.4.2 Receive an internal call
When you receive an internal call, the handset number that is calling you is
displayed.
1. Press C to answer the call.
Note
If during an internal call at the cordless handset you receive an incoming call,
you will hear the alert tone on the handset.
Press E to end the internal call, then press C to answer the incoming call.
9.4.3 Transfer a call
You can transfer an external call to the base or any handset registered to the
base.
During an external call at the cordless handset:
1. Press I on the cordless handset.
If you have only one cordless handset, the base is called automatically,

If more than one cordless handset is registered to the base, the handset
number (e.g.

is displayed.
2. Scroll D to select

or the handset to be called and press the left O key.
3. When the internal call is answered, press E on the cordless handset to
complete transferring the call to the base or another handset.
Note
Your external call resumes automatically after 1 minute if there is no answer.
Using the phone
