8 Reinsert the water tank.
9 Place a vessel with a capacity of about 0.7 l or
the coffee grounds container under the outlet and
press the rotary switch to continue.
10 Connect the tube to the drip tray and to the outlet
(Fig. D)andpresstherotaryswitchtoconrm.
→ The integrated descaling programme is continued.
This process lasts approximately 20 minutes. Water
thenowsoutoftheoutletaswellasintheinterior
of the appliance and into the drip tray through the
tube. The prompt Empty container and tray then
appears on the graphic display.
11 Remove the tube from the drip tray.
12 Empty the drip tray and the coffee grounds
container and then reinsert them.
13 Reconnect the tube to the the drip tray and
replace the vessel under the outlet.
→ The prompt Fill water tank will appear on the
graphic display.
14 Flip up the lid of the water tank (Fig. A,
No. 6) and pull the water tank up and out of the
appliance.
15 Rinseoutthewatertankthoroughlyandllitwith
tap water to the maximum mark.
→ The integrated descaling programme is continued.
This process lasts approximately 5 minutes. Water
owsoutoftheoutletaswellasintheinteriorof
the appliance into the drip tray. The prompt Empty
container and tray then appears on the graphic
display.
