8.3.2 Clean the mixer unit
The mixer unit has to be cleaned every day since
milk products are processed in it:
Disassemble:
쎲 You can pull out the instant beverage hose
at the mixer housing and at the front of
the beverage outflow (a).
쎲 Turn both powder chutes to the top
and...
쎲 take out the instant containers . For
cleaning purposes, you may then pull off the
powder chutes to the front.
쎲 Then, turn loose the mixer flange at the
small lever (b) counter clockwise.
쎲 Now, you can pull out the mixer housing
to the front.
쎲 Pull off the mixer impeller from the axle,
it is only inserted.
쎲 Now, go on turning the mixer flange
and take it off.
Cleaning:
쎲 Now, very thoroughly clean all disassem-
bled parts in hot water and with a cleaning
agent suitable for milk products.
쎲 Rinse all parts with clear water and let them
completely dry.
