To use this adapter, merely screw the single sided opening over your existing hose faucet, twisting the
knob clockwise until snug. Attach a hose to any or all four of the remaining openings until snug. Once
attached use the lever located directly above the hose you want to engage by gently sliding the lever
downward until the flow you want is reached.
