Preparation and installation
Always first install CELSIUS before you connect an oven to your
computer.
The installation of CELSIUS FDA-Edition must be performed by the Windows system ad-
ministrator.
3.1
Establishing
Windows users and assigning
user rights
All users of CELSIUS FDA-Edition must be established
by the system administrator as Windows users with
their own user passwords.
1.
Establish a new user (Control Panel
→
Users
):
For reasons of data security it is recommended to
assign restricted account rights to all users.
2.
Assign restricted user rights.
3.
Repeat items 1 and 2 for every user who is sup-
posed to work with CELSIUS.
3.2
Installing CELSIUS and
device
drivers
Insert the installation CD into the CD drive. The
instal-
lation procedure should now start automatically.
If this is not the case, double-click on the file Setup.
exe on the CD.
4.
You
are first requested to select the language
for the installation. Select the desired language
and confirm with OK.
5.
The
installation wizard takes you
throught the installation procedure.
Click on "Next" to continue.
