1. Where is Android Market?
Android Market is dedicated to run with phone service and GPS. Applications must fit screen size and
require applications to be fully compatible with display.
2. While playing movie file, subtitle is not shown?
The SlidePad can’t read subtitled files. Sub, txt, srt, … are not supported
3. Some video files can’t be read, why?
The video playback depends on codec used and supported by the SlidePad. Some video files can’t
be supported. The chipset can’t read some files due to new codecs, even some firmware couldn’t
correct, reading files are mentioned on giftbox and in “specifications part.
4. I can’t connect my SlidePad to the TV?
Check if the HDMI output option under settings menu are correctly set
Check if your video file resolution could be supported by the SlidePad
5. I have a USB key, where can I plug it?
We deliver a USB adapter from USB device to USB host, please use it to use your USB flash key.
Note: It could support up to 4GB
