Installation Instructions

Measure and mark two 8” lengths on the 2 x 2 board.
STEP 3: measure 8” pieces
Cut the two 8” lengths from the 2 x 2 board using the miter saw.
STEP 4: cut bottom pieces
Apply two to three even coats of Serenity Blue chalked
paint on the main pine board. Paint the two 8” pieces
with the same color paint on all sides expect for one
long side which will be glued to the main board. Leave
time for all the pieces to dry.
STEP 6: paint
After the paint is dry, lay out the oil board stencils you would
like to use. Attach the stencils using blue painter’s tape.
STEP 7: apply stencils
Lightly sand all the pieces and wipe away the dust with a
tack cloth.
