Activating AUX mode
AUX drive
X
Select AuxAux using the = or ; button
and confirm with the 9 button.
The AUX menu appears.

Select SourceSource and confirm with the 9 but-
ton.

Select Disc Drive AuxDisc Drive Aux with the : or
9 button and confirm with the 9 but-
ton.
You will hear and see the content of the
video source if it is connected to the CD/
DVD drive and switched to playback. If no
video image is available from the AUX
source connected, you will see an audio
menu.
Displaying AUX

Select the screen to which an external
video source is connected for the remote
control.

Select AuxAux using the = or ; button
and confirm with the 9 button.

Select SourceSource and confirm with the 9 but-
ton.

Select Display AuxDisplay Aux with the : or
9 button and confirm with the 9 but-
ton.
You will see and hear the content of the
video source if it is switched to playback. If
no video image is available from the AUX
source connected, you will see an audio
menu.
Adjusting the brightness, contrast or
color
X
Select Display AuxDisplay Aux or Disc Drive AuxDisc Drive Aux
in the AUX menu.

Select BrightnessBrightness, ContrastContrast or ColorColor.
An adjustment scale appears.

To make a setting: press the 9
or : button.

To confirm your selection: press the 9
button.
Changing the picture format
X
Select Display AuxDisplay Aux or Disc Drive AuxDisc Drive Aux
in the AUX menu and confirm with the 9
button.
The ä icon in front of one of these menu
items: 16:9 Optimized16:9 Optimized, 4:34:3 or Wide‐Wide‐
screenscreen indicates the currently selected
format.

To change the format: press and hold the
9 or : button until the desired for-
mat is selected.

To store the setting: press the 9 button.
