Deleting a voice tag

Call up the address book (Y page 117).

Search for an address book entry with a
voice tag (Y page 117).

To select G: slide 9 the controller.

To select Voice TagVoice Tag: turn and press the
controller.

To select DeleteDelete: turn and press the con-
troller.

To select YesYes: turn and press the controller.
The voice tag is deleted.

To select NoNo: turn and press the controller.
The process is canceled.

Changing the display and sorting cri-
teria for contacts

press the controller.
You have the following options:

LastLast Name,Name, FirstFirst NameName (default setting)
The contacts are sorted by surname and
displayed with a comma.

Last Name First NameLast Name First Name
The contacts are sorted by surname and
displayed without a comma.
R
First Name Last NameFirst Name Last Name
The contacts are sorted by first name and
displayed without a comma.

To select the required option: turn and
press the controller.
The contacts are sorted and displayed
according to the selection.
Automatically importing contacts
from the phone
Depending on the mobile phone used, you
can set whether the contacts should be called
up automatically after the mobile phone is
connected to COMAND.

Call up the address book (Y page 117).

To select OptionsOptions: turn and press the con-
troller.

To select Autom. Download ContactsAutom. Download Contacts

You can allow O or suppress ª the auto-
matic download.
Saving a contact
Saved contacts are indicated in the phone
book by different symbols (Y page 113).

Call up the address book (Y page 117).

To select a contact: turn and press the con-
troller.
The details for the contact are displayed.

To select G: slide 9 the controller.

To select SaveSave: turn and press the control-
ler.
The contact has now been saved.

If the saved address book entry contains
a phone number, the entry is also displayed
in the phone book.
