2. Lubricate bearing and gear teeth with a small amount of Quicksilver 2-4-C Marine
Lubricant with Teflon.
Shaft Assembly Bearing
IMPORTANT: Roller bearing is not replaceable. If bearing is defective, replace entire
shaft assembly. Apply Quicksilver 2-4-C Marine Lubricant with Teflon to bearing
before starter reassembly.

Using the correct size driver, press bearing out of housing.
