The system receives
EAPOL_START message from a
station associated to an
ESSID::BSSID pair.
There are two auth methods;
WAP2_EAP or WPA_EAP. The
standard states that this
message is optional.

The system sends an EAP
Identity Request to the station.
The system tries this message
up to four times with one second
intervals. As authentication
proceeds, the EAP ID increases
