Locking pin
With the retention pin(22) the sawhead can be
locked in the "down" position. This can be useful
after work is finished or for purposes of transporta-
tion.
On/off switch
· To start motor:
- depress switch button (23).
· To stop motor:
- release switch button (23).
Starknob screw for tilt setting
After loosening the starknob screw (24) at the rear
of the saw, the sawhead can be steplessly tilted
from 0° through 45° from vertical.
Turntable
For mitre cuts the cutting angle is adjusted. In both
directions an angle of more than 45° is possible.
To adjust the turn table (25):
1. Loosen turntable knob (27) (counter-clock-
wise);
2. Push down catch;(26)
3. Set desired angle;
4. Release catch (26) and tighten knob (27).
Fence
Fence (28), (29) and workpiece clamp (29) prevent
that the workpiece can be moved during cutting.

Danger of injury!
The fence (28) must always be fitted when
cutting. Otherwise the workpiece can be
caught by the rotating saw blade and hurled
away.
