Appendix 4 – Troubleshooting
If this happens... Before calling Technical Support...
During Installation and Power-Up…
Ojo prompts you to “Please
Plug In The Network Cable.”
Check that the Ethernet cable is connected
to the “TO MODEM” port on the back of
Ojo, and the other end is plugged into an
open port on your router.
The “TO MODEM” port uses green and
amber LEDS to indicate connection status
and speed. The green LED blinks when
data is flowing through the connection,
otherwise it stays lit. The amber LED is off
for low speed connections and lit for high
speed connections. If connected properly
the green status LED on the Ojo should be
lit or blinking. If not try using a different
Ethernet cable.
Try using a different Ethernet cable.
If a different cable fails, try power cycling
Ojo once more.
If it still fails, place a call to Technical
Service.
