ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Metaltech® Exterior Scaffold Product Limited Warranty
Metaltech-Omega Inc. (“Seller”) warrants to the original purchaser only, that all Metaltech exterior
scaffold and component will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one
year from date of purchase. SELLER’S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under
this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by
law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, replacement of the whole product or a refund of
the original purchase price, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and
which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or misrepaired by persons other than Seller.

You will receive instructions on how to ship the Product, at your expense, to Metaltech-Omega
Inc. To obtain service, you must include: (a) a copy of your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable
proof of purchase; (b) a written description of the problem; (c) most importantly, your address
and telephone number.

Limitation of damages:
Metaltech-Omega Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach
of any express or implied warranty or condition on this product nor shall recovery of any kind
against Metaltech-Omega Inc. be greater than the purchase price of the product.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or
jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
