Dispensing Tips
The rigid tips are designed to provide accurate positioning for automation dispensing applications.
The tips feature opaque color to ensure total blockage from
UV/visible light. The Rigid TT Series Dispensing Tips are
recommended for applications where dispensing medium and
high-viscosity fluids with a high degree of precision and
consistency is required.
Molded from premium grade Polypropylene resin, the Rigid TT
Series tips are compatible with a wide range of dispensing fluids
and UV cure adhesives. A smooth internal fluid path design
reduces turbulent flow, prevents air entrapment and fluid
dripping caused by “back pressure” build-up. The flash-free
orifice ensures accurate and repeatable dispensing.
Manufactured in a clean room environment, the Rigid TT series
tips are free from Silicon, Chloride and Amide contamination.
The Rigid TT Series Dispensing Tips are available in 7 sizes: 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25 and the 27-
gauge, conveniently packaged in boxes of 50.
