BMW and Mini vehicles:

Insert the pin (silver) end of the wire into the slot shown in the illustration below.

Cut the other end of the wire to the desired length. Strip back insulation on wire 1/2".

Connect wire to the 12 Volts switched wire of the new receiver only.

Red - Connect here for BMW and Mini vehicles

For All Vehicles except BMW and Mini:

Some vehicles will require the Red Wire to be run to the fuse panel and tapping

the wire to a specific fuse. Others will require running the Red Wire to a specific

wire and splicing it with that wire. See the chart below to determine what is

necessary for your vehicle.
