CAUTION!

Metra recommends disconnecting the negative bat

tery terminal before beginning any installation, unless the vehicle

manufacturer recommends against so. Please check with your local

Dealership for more information. All accessories, switches, climate

controls panels, and especially air bag indicator lights must be con

nected before reconnecting the battery or cycling the ignition. Also,

do not remove the factory radio with the key in the on position, or the

vehicle running. It would be best to remove the key from the ignition

and then wait a few seconds before removing the factory radio.

95-8210 Dash Disassembly 1. Unsnap and remove trim from around shifter. (Figure A) 2. Unsnap and remove center console cover. (Figure B) 3. Unsnap trim ring from around ignition key cylinder. 4. Remove (1) 10 mm bolt from bottom right side of panel below steering column. Unsnap panel and pull away to gain access behind panel. (Figure C) 5. Remove (1) 10 mm bolt on bottom left of center panel behind panel below steering column. (Figure D) 6. Remove (1) 10 mm bolt beneath climate control behind pocket door.

95-8210 Kit Assembly Notes Double DIN radio provision 1. Snap the double DIN brackets to the outside edge of the double DIN trim plate. (Figure A) 2. Temporarily rest the factory brackets onto the sides of the radio. These brackets will be permanently attached to the radio after following the next step. (Figure B) 3. Slide the double DIN radio into the bracket/trim plate assembly and secure the radio to the assembly using the screws supplied with the radio. (Figure C) (Figure A) (Figure B) 4.

95-8210 Desmontaje Dash 1. Suelte a presión y retire la moldura de alrededor de la palanca de velocidades. (Figura A) 2. Suelte a presión y quite la tapa de la consola central. (Figura B) 3. Suelte a presión el anillo de moldura que rodea el cilindro de la llave de marcha. 4. Quite (1) perno de 10 mm de la parte inferior derecha del panel debajo de la columna de dirección. Suelte a presión el panel y jale para obtener acceso atrás del panel. (Figura C) 5.
