Dash Disassembly 99-3009 Chevrolet Camaro 1993-1996 1. Remove (2) Phillips screws from the top of the driver’s side knee bolster. 2. Remove (2) 7mm screws from the bottom of the knee bolster. Pontiac Bonneville 1994-1999 4. Remove (2) 7mm screws securing the left side of the factory radio and (1) 10mm nut securing the right. 1. Unclip the right side of the dash trim bezel. 5. Slide the radio from the dash and disconnect the wiring. 3.

Dash Disassembly 99-3009 Pontiac Grand Am 1996-1998 1. Remove (2) Phillips screws from pocket. (Figure A) 2. Remove (2) Phillips screws above the instrument cluster. 3. Unclip the dash trim bezel and remove. (Figure A) 4. Remove (3) 7mm hex-head screws securing the factory radio and disconnect the wiring. 5. Cut and remove all mounting tabs on the radio housing EXCEPT tabs “C”. (Figure B) Continue to kit assembly Pontiac Grand Am 1999-2000 1. Unclip the radio trim bezel. 2.

Dash Disassembly 99-3009 Pontiac Grand Prix 1997-2003 1. Unclip the entire dash trim bezel. (Figure A) 2. Remove the screws securing the factory radio and disconnect the wiring. 3. Cut and remove all mounting tabs on the radio housing EXCEPT tabs “C”. (Figure B) Continue to kit assembly Pontiac Sunfire 1995-1999 1. Open the glove box and remove (2) Phillips screws exposed on the right edge of the radio trim bezel. (Figure A) 2. Unclip the bezel and remove. 3.

Dash Disassembly 99-3009 Kit Assembly 99-3009 Pontiac Trans Am/Firebird 1994-2002 All Vehicles 1. Unclip the radio trim bezel. 2. Remove (4) 7mm hex-head screws securing the factory radio and disconnect the wiring. 3. Cut and remove all mounting tabs on the radio housing EXCEPT tabs “C”. Continue to kit assembly DIN radio provision: 1. Cut and remove the shaft supports from the spacer* and radio housing. 2. Slide the DIN cage into the kit and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. 3.
