Installation Kit 120 99-7890 Honda Kit Preparation 1. Secure bottom mounting plate to receiver mounting bracket using keps nuts and carriage bolts supplied with kit (Figure 1). FIGURE 2 2. Break off clips on upper sides (not needed for this application) with pliers (Figure 2). Clips 3. Drill a starter hole where shown in bottom mounting plate and secure rear support strap to the plate using the truss head screw supplied with kit (Figure 3).

Installation Kit DIN Receiver Assembly Honda Securing Tabs (Bend tabs after sleeve is inside mounting bracket) 1. Remove DIN sleeve from receiver. 2. Slide DIN sleeve into opening in receiver mounting bracket. 120 99-7890 Receiver Mounting Bracket FIGURE 1 DIN Sleeve 3. Secure DIN sleeve to bracket by bending the securing tabs as shown (Figure 1). 4. Slide receiver fully into DIN sleeve. 5. Bend rear support strap upward and secure to rear of receiver with hardware supplied with receiver (Figure 2).

Installation Kit 120 99-7890 Honda Shaft Receiver Assembly ▲ ▲ FIGURE 1 1/8” -1/4” 1. Snap shaft inserts into upper opening of receiver mounting bracket. 2. Choose the proper spacers (supplied with your order) to allow receiver nosepiece to extend 1/8” to 1/4” beyond face of receiver mounting bracket (Figure 1). Spacer 3. Secure receiver and faceplate to receiver mounting bracket with spacers and shaftnuts as shown. Spacers (supplied with your order) Shaft Inserts 4. Attach receiver control knobs.
