CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE From the AX-DSP harness to the aftermarket amplifier(s): 16-pin and 20-pin harnesses From the amplifier bypass harnesses to the aftermarket amplifier(s): 12-pin Green harness • Connect the Blue/White wire to the amplifier turn-on wire/input. • Connect the White wire to the front left positive. • If installing an AX-BASSKNOB (sold separately), connect the Orange wire to the Orange wire from the AX-BASSKNOB. • Connect the White/Black wire to the front left negative.

INSTALLING THE AX-DSP-HYKIA2 • Locate the factory amplifier. Refer to the amplifier location legend. • Remove the 12-pin and 26-pin connectors from the amplifier. • Connect the amplifier bypass harness to the 12-pin connector from the amplifier. • Connect the AX-DSP-HYKIA2 harness to the 26-pin connector from the amplifier. • Connect the AX-DSP harnesses to the AX-DSP. Note: Disregard the loose 20-pin harness. • Connect the AX-DSP-HYKIA2 harness to the AX-DSP-HYKIA2 interface.
