CONNECTIONS From the 16-pin harness with stripped leads to the aftermarket radio, connect the: The following (3) wires are only for multimedia/navigation radios that require these wires. • Black wire to the ground wire. • Light Green wire to the parking brake wire. • Yellow wire to the battery wire. • Blue/Pink wire to the VSS or speed sense wire. • Red wire to the accessory wire. • Green/Purple wire to the reverse wire. • Orange wire to the illumination wire (if applicable).

INSTALLATION With the key in the off position: 1. Connect the XSVI-5524-NAV harness into the XSVI-5524-NAV interface, and then to the wiring harness in the vehicle. Note: If installing an ASWC-1, connect it after you program and test the XSVI-5524-NAV, with the key in the off position. PROGRAMMING Attention! If the interface loses power for any reason, the following steps will need to be performed again. 1. Cycle the engine on.
