Ì Select the Functional test function.
Ì Set measuring time.
Ì Connect tested appliance to the instrument (see figure above).
Ì Press the START key for measurement.

Notes:
Ì The appliance is connected to the mains voltage. Make sure that the appliance
with moving parts is safely mounted or protected to prevent possible danger to
operator or damage to the appliance!
Ì Consider any displayed warning before starting measurement!
5.10 Flash test (MI 3305 – OmegaGTPlus only)
The purpose of this test is to ensure that the insulation material of the appliance can
withstand high voltage transients and short overvoltages.
