Delivered with a current clamp, the MX 2B measures AC currents up to 200 A, in total safety, as the MN 09 clamp prevents any opening of the main circuit. Even in ohmmeter mode, the application of a voltage of 400 Veff does not cause any damage. This function is protected, without a fuse, by a reliable, ultra-fast electronic system.
