7.3.6 Export determinations
Define export template
1. Select program part Database.
2. Click on menu item
Tools, Templates, Export templates....
The window
Export templates opens.
3. Click on
[New].
The window
Export template 'New file' opens.
4. Define properties of the new export template and close window with
[OK].
5. Close window
Export templates with [Close].
Select determinations
1. Select program part Database.
2. Open desired database.
Opens the selected database and shows its data records in the Determination
overview.
3. Select desired determinations.
Export determinations
1. Click on menu item
Determinations, Export....
The window
Export determinations opens.
2. Choose
Selection for export, select Export template and click on [OK].
The selected determinations are exported into the directory defined in the export
template.
7.3.7 Import determinations
1. Select program part Database.
2. Open desired database.
Opens the selected database and shows its data records in the Determination
overview.
3. Click on menu item
Determinations, Import....
The window
Import determinations opens.
4. Select desired determinations and click on
[Open].
The selected determinations are imported into the open database.
Note
Exported determinations can only be imported in the file format *.mdet .
