INSTALLING THE
GARAGE
PARKING
WIZARD-
Place the unit on the wall directly in front of the
center of the vehicle at a height, which can easily be
seen by the driver. Using the template and 2 screws
provided hang the unit on the front wall where the
driver can easily see it. (Figure 2).
Plug the small
end of the AC adapter into the top of the unit first
and the standard wall plug end into an AC outlet.
The red
STOPLITEB
will illuminate and you are
now ready to adjust your desired stopping point.
Walk in front of the unit to make sure the unit is
operational, the red
STOPLITEB
should illuminate.

ADJUSTMENT FOR STOPPING POSITION
Park your car in the garage where you want to stop. MAKE
SURE YOUR ENGINE IS NOT COLD WHEN YOU TEST
THE UNIT THE FIRST TIME.

unit to warm up for several minutes and you are

illuminated late (car is in too far) raise the adjustment lever. It
may take one or two adjustments to get the desired position.
CAUTION
TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK AND PERMANENT
DAMAGE TO THE UNIT, UN-PLUG THE ADAPTER
FROM THE AC WALL OUTLET BEFORE
INSTALLING OR REINSTALLING THE UNIT.
DIFFERENT VEHICLES MAY TRIGGER THE
UNIT IN DIFFERENT PLACES SO SOMETIMES
TRIAL AND ERROR IS NECESSARY TO POSITION
THE VEHICLE PROPERLY. ALSO REACTION
TIME VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON
WHICH WILL ALSO EFFECT THE STOPPING
LOCATION, I.E. THE DISTANCE THE VEHICLE
TRAVELS ONCE YOU HAVE SEEN THE LIGHT,
PUT ON THE BRAKES AND STOPPED.
