Using a PC Keyboard
You can attach a keyboard to the JAGXTREME terminal for quicker alphanumeric data
entry and to access other characters and lowercase letters. The JAGXTREME Controller
board has a PC keyboard controller and plug-in connector to support a keyboard.
The PC keyboard and JAGXTREME keypad send the same data to the terminal and
operate concurrently. For example, the numeric keys on the keyboard and keypad have
the same ASCII value and send the same numeric data. The following shows other
keystroke equivalents for keyboard and keypad.
