With System ﬂash units, using a ﬂash is a great deal of

fun. Thanks to them being highly-developed and fully

automatic, you only have to attach the ﬂash, and away

you go. System ﬂash units are available in different

versions. In this way, they provide a speciﬁc connection

for a speciﬁc brand of camera, with which they work

together perfectly. Set the appropriate TTL control and

guarantee perfect illumination for any ambient lighting

conditions. Since requirements differ, there are ﬁve

different models for each level of experience.

The ﬂexibility of Metz mecablitz units can be seen within the different ﬂash families. They have the respective functionality

to meet varying requirements. In principle, there are the following groups:

Cameras can change, Metz can adapt! The unique spe-

cial feature of Metz SCA ﬂash units is that one and the

same ﬂash unit can be used with different cameras – it

doesn’t matter whether they are digital or analog. By

simply replacing the adapter, system cameras of different

manufacturers can be used. Flash units with SCA adapters

are particularly good for reﬂex cameras, because they of-

fer the richest array of special functions. Of course, the

SCA modules are also suitable for cameras from many

other manufacturers, because of the adapters available.
