708 47 0018.A3 15 MS-1 01.04.2010 1 Sicherheitshinweise • Das Blitzgerät ist ausschließlich zur Verwendung im fotografischen Bereich vorgesehen und zugelassen. • Nicht aus kurzer Entfernung direkt in die Augen blitzen! Direktes Blitzen in die Augen von Personen oder Tieren kann zu Netzhautschädigungen führen und schwere Sehstörungen verursachen – bis hin zur Blindheit! • In Umgebung von entflammbaren Gasen oder Flüssigkeiten (Benzin, Lösungsmittel etc.) darf das Blitzgerät keinesfalls ausgelöst werden.

Es kann sonst wegen des hohen Energieausstoßes zu Verbrennungen oder Fleckenbildungen des Materials bzw. der Reflektorscheibe kommen. • Blitzgerät nicht zerlegen! HOCHSPANNUNG! Reparaturen sollten ausschließlich von einem autorisierten Service ausgeführt werden.

Die Einstellung „Channel ALL“ steuert alle Slave-Blitzgeräte. Slave-Blitzgeräte die zum gleichen Remote-System gehören müssen auf den gleichen Remote-Kanal eingestellt werden. Die Slave-Blitzgeräte müssen mit den integrierten Sensoren für Remote-Betrieb das Licht des Master- oder Controller-Blitzgerätes empfangen können.

In der Anzeige erscheint: • Wenn ein ungleiches Verhältnis (Ratio) beider Reflektoren eingestellt werden soll, dann drücken Sie die Taste oder um das Verhältnis der beiden Reflektoren zu verändern. • Wenn eine Teillichtleistung eingestellt werden soll, dann drücken Sie die Taste P / R .

Das Blitzgerät kann mit einem Synchronkabel 15-50 betrieben werden. Verbinden Sie dazu die Synchronbuchse der Kamera mit der Synchronbuchse des Blitzgerätes. • Taste OK drücken und der „SYNC–CORD“ Betrieb ist eingestellt mit einem Verhältnis von 1:1 beider Reflektoren und voller Lichtleistung (Power) 1/1.

Verändern Sie die ISO-Einstellung oder die Blende und versuchen die Belichtung erneut. Das Blitzgerät kann losgelöst von der Kamera auf der Standfläche aufgestellt oder über das Stativgewinde auf ein Stativ befestigt werden.

Montage der Bouncerscheibe Bouncerscheibe asymetrisch so über das Blitzgerät positionieren, dass die Reflektoren und das AF-Hilfslicht überdeckt werden. Bouncerscheibe gegen das Gehäuse des Blitzgerätes drücken, bis sie hörbar einrastet.

708 47 0018.A3 15 MS-1 01.04.2010 Verschlusszeiten (> 1/30s) und bewegten Motiven mit eigener Lichtquelle von Vorteil, weil bewegte Lichtquellen dann einen Lichtschweif hinter sich herziehen, anstatt ihn - wie beim Synchronisieren auf den 1.Verschlussvorhang - vor sich aufzubauen. Dadurch wird bei bewegten Lichtquellen eine „natürlichere“ Wiedergabe der Aufnahmesituation bewirkt! In Abhängigkeit der Betriebsart steuert die Kamera längere Verschlusszeiten als die Blitzsynchronzeit ein.

708 47 0018.A3 15 MS-1 01.04.2010 • Wenn das Blitzgerät auf den Auslieferungszustand zurückgestellt wurde, erscheint als Bestätigung in der Anzeige: Firmware-Updates des Blitzgerätes sind dabei nicht betroffen! 14.3 Formieren des Blitzkondensators Der im Blitzgerät eingebaute Blitzkondensator erfährt eine physikalische Veränderung, wenn das Gerät längere Zeit nicht eingeschaltet wird. Aus diesem Grund ist es notwendig, das Gerät im vierteljährlichen Abstand für ca. 10 Min. einzuschalten.

L’amorçage d’un éclair directement devant les yeux de personnes ou d’animaux peut entraîner une lésion de la rétine et occasionner de graves troubles visuels pouvant aller jusqu’à l’aveuglement ! • Ne déclenchez jamais un éclair à proximité de gaz ou de liquides inflammables (essence, diluants, ...).

Les flashs esclaves qui font partie d’un même système Remote doivent être réglés sur le même canal Remote. Les flashs esclaves doivent pouvoir recevoir la lumière du flash maître ou contrôleur avec le photo-capteur intégré pour le mode Remote .

Les flashs maître, contrôleur et esclaves qui font partie d’un même système Remote doivent être réglés sur le même canal Remote.

Les deux réflecteurs peuvent être basculés de 10° voire 20°. Pour basculer les réflecteurs, pousser progressivement vers l’avant le levier de basculement du réflecteur . La première position correspond à un basculement du réflecteur de 10° vers l’intérieur, la seconde de 20°.

Montage de l’écran de diffuseur circulaire Positionner l’écran de diffuseur circulaire asymétriquement de sorte que les réflecteurs et la lumière auxiliaire AF soient superposés. Pousser l’écran de diffuseur circulaire contre le boîtier du flash jusqu’à entendre son enclenchement.

La synchronisation sur le 2ème rideau permet donc de rendre avec plus de naturel les sujets lumineux animés ! Des vitesses d’obturation supérieures à la vitesse de synchro-flash sont cependant réglées selon le mode de fonctionnement de l’appareil photo.

Le condensateur intégré au flash subit une modification physique si l’appareil n’est pas mis en route durant une période prolongée. Pour cette raison, il est donc nécessaire de l’allumer pendant env. 10 min. tous les 3 mois. Les sources de courant doivent permettre que la disponibilité du flash s’allume au maximum 1 min. après sa mise en route.
