Understanding the Offset Center Feature
Purpose:
The Offset Center feature is used to “tweak” the positioning of your printed image on your disc so the image is
printed on center. This feature should not be used if you have not set your Mask Settings first. See the Mask
Settings Guide for instructions on how to set up the Mask Settings.
Getting Started
Before starting this procedure, please make a table like the sample one below.
Sample:
X Y
+1mm -1 mm
-1mm +1mm
This will aid you in the amount of steps (millimeters or 1/10mm) you have adjusted your Offset Center. Should you
over-adjust the X and Y coordinates, you will now know how many steps to adjust + or -.
This procedure should be used with the PicoJet
Alignment PRN.
The PRN can be found in the C:\Reserved for
Tech Support\Test Files\TEST PRNs\PicoJet
Located on the C Drive. (SA, PC, Director, and
Director Pro Systems only). EC Series Users can
download the PRN from www.mfdigital.com
website.
The outer diameter is set to 114MM
