I've reviewed this application and find the following admin issues:

1. There isn't any description attached.

2. Manual - I need a revised manual with all of the users info. The 15.21 statement that they

have does not meet the intent. They should put the entire statement as they have in the past.

Also I don't find a 15.105 statement.
