Canisters
Rotate the canister a quarter turn counterclockwise. Note: It is normal to hear a small hiss of gas
while removing the canister. If hissing continues after removal of the tank see the trouble
shooting section.
5.
Alert Programming and Notification
It is possible to receive Alerts Notification when:
The programmed temperature exceeds the desired threshold
CO
2
level is lower than the desired threshold
Battery level is lower than the desired threshold.
This feature is available for the User having a Web dashboard included in their package.
To receive the Alert notification, access to the FROSTMED Web Dashboard screen: “Edit Alerts”
and program the thresholds, the desired phone number and the email address where receive
the alerts. For further details refer to the “Help” in the FROSTMED Web Dashboard.
ATTENTION: Alerts are sent only when FROSTMED is connected to the app via Bluetooth.
6.
Troubleshoot
Factors that impact FROSTMED performance:
Frequency of opening & closing container lid.
Initial temperature of contents in the container.
Insolation factor of the cooler.
Amount of contents in cooler (fuller the cooler, less CO
2
used).
Size of the cooler.
Ambient temperature.
CAUTION: Compressed gases have a large amount of stored energy within them. Removal of
the canister at partial pressure may result in unanticipated motion of the canister. Be cautious
when removing partially filled canisters.
