Canister Storage and Transportation (empty/full)
•
Canisters should always be stored in an upright position.
•
Storage should be at room temperature avoiding extreme temperatures (both hot and cold).
•
Do not store under direct sunlight.
•
Assure that the canisters are kept away from moisture and other weather conditions that could
adversely affect the container.
•
Storage should be in a normal pressure environment.
•
Keep canisters away from pointed objects or anything that might pierce the container.
•
In order to avoid denting or valve damage, DO NOT let CO2 canisters tumble or
roll loose. Always secure CO2 (empty or full) while traveling.
In the very rare case of a frostbite
Don't touch the plate when it is extremely cold. If accidentally it happens:
Gently warm the area in warm water or with wet heat until the skin appears red and warm.
If no water is nearby, breathe on the area through cupped hands and hold it next to your body.
Do not use direct heat from heating pads, radiator, or fires.
