3.2.3. Transmit Power Level
 To achieve the longest reading or writing range, set the power to the maximum
allowable level of +24dBm as shown in Figure 12.
 To reduce the reading or writing range and minimize energy consumption, set the
power to the minimum allowable level of +10 dBm.
